    Diamond Clean Guest Rooms:

    • All high-touch surfaces are disinfected
    • Hard surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected
    • Linens are washed in high-temperature washing machines
    • Non-essential amenities are removed to minimize potential infection
    • Increased frequency of cleaning and disinfection
    • The housekeeping team is fully equipped with PPE

    • Buffets will no longer offer self-service
    • Cookies and pastries are individually packaged

    • Signage and informative messages will be displayed throughout common areas

    Staff Care, Training and Awareness
